Dear Sir,
This has reference to the consignment sent vide AWB no. 115329837 dated 06/10. This was in the name of Mr. Atul Bhargava, 3/1, B.K. Bannerjee Marg, New Katra Crossing, Jagram Choraha, Allahabad, Mobile : 09415216578.
This was a Nokia Mobile Phone packed in a CD Cover, which the regular pick up / delivery boy of Blaze Flash was completely aware off. This consignment has not been delivered till date. However when we check the status of the same on their official website http://www.blazeflash.in/trackdetails.aspx? awbno=115329837 it gives the following message on the screen, "C. No. is not in our system, please contact customer care."
I have been asking him on the status on delivery of the same but he does not have an answer on the same consignment. I have also been calling Mr. Subhash on 9891457615 but he also could not trace the consignment till date.
In view of above, I would request the forum to intervene in the matter and arrange for a compensation in lieu of this lost mobile.

It has been 3 months from the date of my consignment sent thru AWB No. 115329837 dated 06/10 and still there is no comeback from Blaze flash.
It seems I have given ample leisure time and without any pressure due to which no attention has been paid to my complaint.
In view of above I would sincerely request you to kindly allow me to lodge my complaint to "National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission" so that at least I am able to get some compensation against my lost mobile.

I have been calling Mr. Subhash on 9891457615 but he is also nowdays not responding to my calls now. First of all the consignment didn't reached the destination and surprisingly this consignment details are not appearing on your website.
