Dear sir/madam

I Sumant Kumar residence of C/o Sh. Brajesh Singh, Vill Post = Bhawal, P.S- Ramnagar, Dist- W. Champaran (Bihar). I have applied for Passport in 2007. (My File No. A057172, year 2007) at that time verfication was done but in application Police report is incomplete then again i have submitted pp form for verfication and this time verifcation was done in Sep 2009 and still not got my passport. Its three months past but still not done.

Please do the needfull.
