Laze flash is the worst courier service i have ever seen

NOT JUST BECAUSE OF NON-DELIVERY BUT ALSO BECAUSE OF WORST COSTOMER CARE..

My parcel is still undelivered even after 10 days

and the customer care and online tracking site show no details (except forwarded to)..

i tried for more than 100 times and then the lady hangs up the phone..

ridiculous.
