Packet inside the courier misplaced

I used Blazeflash courier service and sent a packet to Allahabad on 23ed Jan. the packet reached but a meal soup was missing from it. I complained about it verberly on 27th Jan, emails on 30th Jan and written on 13th Feb but till now I have not got any satisfactory reply.
