my name is Rajneesh Singh.
I have lost my debit card few days back so immd I have launched the complaint at ICICI call centre for reissuance of a fresh card.
The card was to delivered by Blue dart but After a 2 days long chase, I have NOT RECEIVED the my package.
I have spoken to Ms Richa Virdi & Kamini Sharma to get the update regarding delivery but surprisingly received a very harsh answer that the shipment cant be delivered.
I am writing this to the consumer forum to sortout the matter.
