Booked At - Mangalore to madurai, From today 09.07.2012 morning to evening i am trying madurai customer care - 0452 - 2587772, 71, 73 - Frist they told me sir your consignment is in balgalore, then i asked when i can get the consignment because its too urgent, he told me that sir i did not know and kept the phone, then i call chennai customer care - 044- 28241234, first i heard computerised voice... according to that i type the number then they connect to the call to customer care executive, they told me sir till your consignment is not reached bangalore, i will check the details and come back to you with in ten minutes and they note down my number also but i did not get any update from them.
