You are extremly poor and inefficient in delivering important docs. My shipment was returned thrice stating I had refused to accept shipment when I have been trying to get it since March. You are not at all serious and has a very poor customer service system in place. I would never make the mistake of trusting you with any of my courier requirement simply because you dont deliver.
