I am Vikas Deep Vir. An important document was despatched by British Council to me but by mistaken Blue dart courier service despatched that document to its Gurdaspur office instead of Batala. Although the address was absolutely correct, i recieved a call from employee of blue dart to recieve that courier from gurgaspur office and threatend me to send back that courier and then it will take the period of one month to deliver at right address.
