My Packet ref no is 40317970453 & this was returned to Bangalore without delivering to my home.
when called up the Blue dart customer care, they as saying that the delivery boy went to my premises & the premises was locked which is not true as the delivery boy never visited my place.
even there is no entry on society's visitors register.
Please help me out in this regard.
