Severe Voltage fluctuation becuase of connection given to A S Steel reparing shop

HYDERABAD: West Anand Bagh, Safilguda, Malkajgiri residents have been facing frequent power voltage fluctuations resulting in breaking down of their home appliances. This because the APSEB Malkajgiris Division has given connection to A S reparing shop who uses welding machine opposite to SBI (Sai Baba Temple Lane near railway track) & from domestic single phase power line without following proper standard. The shop uses welding machine from morning till late in the night.

The worst-affected areas are Bhavani Super Market Lane, Urjitha apartment lane, Sai Baba temple lane, Hanuman Temple lane etc. The people of these areas say they have been lodging complaints daily at the office of the APSEB about these voltage fluctuations, but of no avail and officials of the APSEB are very rude to subscribers who pay their monthly bills regularly. “Because of voltage fluctuation all household electircl items fridge are going out of order.

The residents add that whenever they try to dial the APSEB, Anand Bagh, Malkajgiri complaint number, it is always busy. Residents are under the feeling that APSEB officials are supporting the the shopkeeper

While there is no let up from the prolonged power breakdowns to the people, the high and low voltage situation is yet another menace for them.
