BMC not clearing dustbins properly

Sir comp is that a dustbin not cleans properly by bmc .that is at (in front of AL-60, VSS nagar po-saheed nagar, BBSR) pls take some necessery steps for the same .as it is in near close to colony rooms if possible take it out to another place, regard... colony members...
