Illigal supply of water lines to the outstanding members whose bills are still unpaid

Sir

I have the complaint against the councellor fo ward 167 and the assistant engineer of BMC F North Matunga. The reason for complaint is that we had the outstanding bill of approsimately Rs.80000 of past few years. We the members of Tarun mitra mandal has paid up Rs.60000. currently we have an outstanding balance of around Rs.19000.Our connection number is T3720009.

We are in all total 28 members out of which 19 members only have paid the outstanding bill amount.

The remaining 9 members refused to pay the bill amount.

This 9 members were helped by our councellor along with others senior officers of BMC. They supplied illegal water to this 9 members in some one else name.

As this persons are very big in wealth, i cant disclose my identity.

Hope some action will be taken against this matter at the earliest and oblige.
