Water connection

I had taken a water supply connection in JUN.

and my customer ID. is 0910HEW0199185.

I continuously follow up with L-ward for bill till dec no bill was issued.

Also there was no water supply in that connection and only air comes in it.

And all of a sudden they posted two bills with amount 8997, 9406.

Again new bill with amount as 8000, 9397 and 47, 574 and 45625.

and finally 70, 000.

There is no water in that connection and how it is possible to get such huge bill amount only for a single family.

All Bill values which others getting are in the range of hundreds and we were getting unexpectedly very high amount which is not possible only.

So please look into the matter and give us the solution for this issue.
