I Lokesh resident of Ramallakota village Veldurthy mandal presently staying in hyderabad for my education purpose approched our MRO for my Date of Birth Certificate for more than 20 times. He never comes to office on time, his office timing starts at11.am and he need one time for his pooja and for his personal discussions and by 1 o clock he go for lunch and then he goes out for village visit. It is very hard to find him. He doesnt give a damm to people. Inorder to complete your work with him one should approch the cleak by paying bride.
