We had applied passport for my parents through Namakkal district collector office on 10-Apr and police verification was completed on 15-May.
But still we haven’t received the passport for my parents.
Reason for delay is not known.
In status inquiry it was always shown that “File Reference Number (CBE-Z500645-12) is either wrong or Information NOT available".
