Arrear Not Received

Respected Sir,

My wife name of Mrs. Mahima Rawat is working in education department as an assistant teacher at Ghiror block, her joining was on 12.02.2009. salary started in February. So arrear from 12.02.2009 to 31.01.10 (11 month & 17 days) not received till date. In this regard I have gone to BSA office. But salary clerk say that Grant not received from EDUCATION DEPARTMENT.
