Dear Sir/Madam,

This is to bring in your kind notice, that i am the resident of Street no-25, Sant Garh, M.B.S. Nagar,

Tilak Nagar, New Delhi-110018. (Near Shiv Modern School)

In our street all street lights are working except one. Due to indecent behavior of our neighbour the cause is "the switch of the light is inside his house and he switch it On/Off according to his wish" Which is illegal. We offen says him to switch it in evening, however switch it late night. Which is of no use. Childern play in dark and passers also get troubled while passing the road.

Some how we dont know who has the authority to resolve this complaint.

So kindly appropriate action over the matter.
