Semi High mask street lights

Dear Sir,

This complaint is against the neglignce by BSES Mundka division, for the Semi High Mask Street lights in DDA Pocket -A, Loknayakpuram, New Delhi.

We have already communicate so many times to our compaint division located in Swarn Park mundka. But they give very unresponsible preplaned reply " We don, t have tower Van"

Now I again try to compaint in customer care on dated 23-04 (Complaint No:11042300758), & dated 26-04 (Complaint No:11042602089)

I want to aware you all the street lights are not working from last one year.

Pole Numbers are: MDK/N24, N157, E24, N244, E245, N240, N158, N153, E151,

Almost all the pocket is in darkness & the residents are living in fear due to negligence of BSES Rajdhani Mundka Division.

I request to BSES Officials, take concrete decision immediately & resolve the residents problem.
