DELAY OF NEW METER CONNECTION

Dear Sir,

I Naveen kumar sharma r/o D-25, Street No.7, Raj Nagar Part-II, Palam Colony New Delhi - 110 045. I have applied for a new electricity connection in BSES Rajdhani Power Ltd. Door Step Service for my residence on 03rd march a ref. no. Was provided to me vide reference No. R02031000001291. I have already submitted all the documents required for a new connection & also have fulfilled all the conditions required for availing a new electricity connection and what all the objections they have raised has all been settled by me. And thereafter BSES assured us that the new connection will be given to us with in 7 working days. However, 3 months have already lapsed but no connection has till now been given to me. I have ran from pillar to post but no results were come out. I have visited several times to my area concern division office at Room No. 204, Hari Nagar. still also goes in vain, Hence all these circumstances, left no option with me elas to file the present consumer complaint
