Rfund of surrendered Land Line

Sir,

I have surrendered my Land line bearing No.020/25385597 to Customer Service Centre Kothrud Telephone Exchange, Pune on 18/02 due to some problems. Till date I have not received my refund amount as it was promised to reimburse within a months time.

I request the authorities to look in to the matter and clear the dues immediately

Can any one take care of my complaint.
