My Policy No. is MH-208127-UC and same has been matured on 31st March. The said Original Policy alongwith Premium Receipt Book have been handed over to Shri Kasbe, at General Post Office, Maharashtra Circle, Mumbai-400 001on 15/3.(Receipt Ref. No. M/C dated 15/3 copy enclosed.)
Till date I have not received any communication/Cheque as maturity amount against the said Policy. When I was enquired on telephoneNo.22624465 at General Post Office, Mumbai-1, I was informed that matter is pending with Account section and staff is not available to deal the file.
