No garbage collection

Dear Sir,

We, the residents of Laa Heritage apartment, 333/3 Roopena Agrahara, Madiwala Post are facing issues due to no garbage collection for last three weeks. The staff used to take 1000 rs per month for collecting garbage but now they are saying due to shortage of personnel the authorities have asked them not to collect garbage from the apartment buildings.

Please help.
