Non delivary of Registered Post in 66 days

I have registered a letter to my previous employer on dated 10/02, Registration slip no 1265,

from my Native, Subhasgram Post Office - Kolkata - 147. That cons. is still reach to the dost. I had already put an application dated 15/03 to get back the latter if it is not deliverable, but there is no response from the Post Master of Subhasgram Post Office - Kolkata - 147.

Again I had placed one more complane on 18th of this month to PMG suoth
