False receipts are being provided at Opera House Parking lots... The original receipt states only Rs.15 one hour for car park, whereas false receipts are being provided for Rs. 30 to Rs. 50 for one hour.
Also the contractor openly says.. do what u can... as this is the only way we can earn.
