This has reference to the above communication reference number pertaining to the assesment year 09 where in my gender is erroneously referred to as MALE and due to which I have come under the tax bracket.

I would like to bring to your kind notice that as I am eligible for the tax exemption of Rs.145000/- available to women, my tax liability for the year 09 would be NIL.

I hereby request your kindself to make necessary changes in your records and forward me revised INCOMETAX INTIMATION and oblige.
