Drainage Leakage

I am a resident of Kattabomman Street - Gandhi Nagar, Virugambakkam. Here we are having a drainage block for nearly 30 days. Regarding that we have personally visited the local corporation office and logged the complaint, But still now they are taking any action. Kindly Give me the solution to solve this issue.
