I DIDNT GET MY CHILD PASSPORT AS PER TIME LINE

I applied passport for my child on 30th December under TATKAAL Scheme File Reference Number XXXXXX but still i didn't get my child passport, almost 20 working days are gone.

I have been paid Rs.2, 100 for this FRESH Passport under TATKAAL Scheme, as per your processing time it should be only 7 Days. I dont know why i didn't get the passport still.

There is no purpose to check the status in Internet, for the past 15 days its mentioned as "Police Verification Waived. File is under Process".
