I submitted a complaint to the Hon’able president of India against my officer/department and this was forwarded to the Delhi grievance commission as my concern officer/department use their approach there for nothing seen what evidences are with the original complaint which was submitted to the Hon’able president and nothing listen to me at the time of hearing in the Delhi grievance commission there after I file a written complaint against Delhi grievance commission and given them in a written whatever I like to say in commission at the time of hearing but they not replay me any things I once again I submitted a reminder letter I have no any word more they not supply me any answer.
Then I decide to file a RTI but this act also is help less for me .when I file a 1st apple
answer of the first apple authority was nothing to surprising me whenever I submitted to him all in written what I received information and what was my request all was in Hindi as I have good way to express my grievance but an answer was on my query that at time of hearing what was hear to me the answer is nothing verbal discuss an record is in the commission and that concern officer advice me if am not statisticfiy with this I can go for 2nd apple in the information commission but problem is this I been many time in the commission but I face always a parsilites there also commissioner always help to the government officer/department between this one thing is happen
I file a RTI application to the my department and as usual I have to file 1st apple and concern officer inform me with the margins of three days only for hearing of my filed application under RTI ACT 2005 as I received information from officer of the Delhi grievance commission that but an answer was on my query that at time of hearing what was hear to me the answer is nothing verbal discuss an record is in the commission
There for I decide to not appear in the hearing personally and what I received and what I want information each point very clear in Hindi I with the margin of two days of such hearing I personally submitted in my concerns department.
And I received reply to ignore to my this letter please advice what to do?
