Famil Pension amount not settled

I have submitted my Familly Pension in the month of May. My PF account number is TN/1135/648, but still I haven't received the amount. I'm even not able to get my claim status in the website " www.epfochennai.tn.nic.in ". Please help me on this and let me know the status. My contact number - 07416346133 or 09951114021.
