Complaint on Gas agency letters not received to my address

I have booked additional (2nd) cylinder 5 month ago, but I haven’t received letter from the agency still,

Hence I have checked with Gas agency on 31st Oct’11, and Gas agency has confirmed that they have sent letters 10 days ago.

I went to Medavakkam Post office and enquired on the same, they have confirmed that they didn’t receive the letter and one of the person there in post office told that he will check whether the same delivered wrongly to other address and let me know…

I have waited more than 2 weeks time, but letter not received.

Again I went to Gas agency on 17th Nov’11, and informed the above details, they have asked Xerox of my original letter and Rs.20/- for resend the letter.

Till date I haven’t received the letter and no solution for given for my issue….

Requesting you all to please check and confirm the status of letter which sent by gas agency (Letter send twice as per gas agencies confirmation)
