Dear Sir,
I have applied for a passport to my daughter during April and the same got reached to our post office. As my daughter is not in station and doing her studies in other state, i am unable to take the delivery of the passport as the post man is refusing delivery and insisting that only after getting the LTI of my daughter who is 3.5 year old. Kindly advise the procedure to overcome and to ensure that the passport is delivered.
