Delay in issueing my passport

Hi,

I applied for my passport in the month of nov. The date of application is 10-11. I even got the verification done and it was being reflected on the website.

After that I always see a message thar Due to unavoidable circumstances the passprot could not be despatched and will be despatched in a week's time. This is the status for last 4 months.

I have even trried raising a conmplaint to the addresses mentioned on the website but all the mails are bouncing back.

Can someone help me in getting my passport?
