This has to inform you that till date I have not received a cheque from income tax department which was delivered on 22.10.11 by speed post ref no. EW514570641IN. My nearest post office is Jadavpur Post office, Kolkata-700032. You are requested to take necessary action to to the cheque before it is return to the sender. This is the 2nd time I have face such problem. My address is given below for your kind reference.
