Complaint regarding delay in Passport

TO THE CHIEF PASSPORT OFFICER,

MINISTRY OF EXTERNAL AFFAIRS,

Lucknow

RESPECTED SIR,

I am Sarfaraz khan.

I have applied my family’s two passports. Police verification and LIO verification have been done

in Dec.2011. However, till now i didn't get my passport. Since I have been

enquiring about the status of the passport and Message always shows

File Reference Number : 1. LKO-M010077-11 2. LKOA192093-11

Applicant's Name: 1. Laiba 2. Parveen Bano

Applicant's Date of Birth: 1. 20-1 2. 11-4-1975

Apply Date: 1. 3-11 2. 20-10

Passport STATUS No 1: Police Report is clear and the passport is expected to be despatched by 10-04

Passport STATUS No 2: It is to regret that due to unavoidable circumstances the despatch of Passport has been delayed and will now be despatched in a week's time

I want to know what is going on with my application. How long will it take.

So, I request you to please look into the matter.
