Construction without panchayat approvals-EO&VAO not taken any actions

Hi

i have registered complaint against the Chitlapakkam Panchayat officer regarding the action not taken against builders who is not taking any approvals (Constructing House without proper approvals).

I have also logded complain in Online portal (www.pgportal.gov.in) but till date no action has been taken by anyone.

Can some one help me on this
