Claim of Pension under E.P.F. scheme

This is to inform that I have sent a claim of Reduced Pensionin the event of attained the age of 50 Yearsagainest Employees Provident fund A/C MH/21237/71 & Scheme Certificate No MH/BAN/39708 of my self Naba Kumar Dasgupta ex employee of CONCEPT PHARMACEUTICALS LTD, 167 C.S.T Road, Kalina, Santacruz (East) Mumbai-400098 under Employees Provident Fund Organization, Regional/Sub-Regional Office. BHAVISHYA NIDHI BHAVAN, 341, Bandra (East). Mumbai-400051. I have sent Claim along withxerox of Scheme certificate for further instruction/guidence through speed post on 02.11.11 Speed post token no Kolkata GPO EM914825838, EM914825841 respectively.

Till to day I have not received any reply or acknowledgement on the above mentioned subject.

I request you to look into this matter & help me to get my pension.
