I am Sathish kumar N. I purchased a house in ambattur banu nagar.
I registered the property in my name, last year november month. Till date i am not able to transfer patta and house tax in my name. Finally i found that everybody who is coming to change house tax and patta in ambattur municipality are giving money to change property in their name. with out money (lanjam) they never change housetax and patta in any body's name. I dont know when i will get name transfer for my house.
Tamil nadu government and vigilance department should see the "Totally corrupted ambattur municipality" and thaluka office.
The real freedom of india we will get, whenever no corruption in government department.
