Non-receipt of my Passport

I have applied for renewal of my Passport on 24.09.2010. Police verification was done on 12.01.2011 but the passport has not been issued till date. The status box on the RPO website is EMPTY for last 3 months.

The dispatch details of Police Verification are as follows :

S.B.No: RWF 98412

Outward No : 171

Serial No : 34

Date of Dispatch : 25.01.2011

Hence, I request you to kindly issue my passport at the earliest as I have to travel abroad with my husband.
