HI this is in reference to the courier sent through ONDOT Courier Service on 6 September with BIll No : 274334792. It was to be Delivered from Ahmedabad to Muktsar. I have been in touch with the Ahmedabad, Delhi Team, Bhatinda Team and Muktsar Team thorighout these days. Everyone has been giviong false reasons and Commitments. and finally they said that the parcel has been lost in delhi. After that, i have trying their phone no, online mail, customer care service but nobody gives me the solution for the same. The parcel contains impotant documents, Blue ray discs and other valuable items. Please help me to resolve my Query.
