Hi there,

This not the first time this thing has happened. I booked the courier bearing POD No:267818290 on 13th of this month through TRACKONE COURIE PVT.LTD. from Srinagar Kashmir and was told that the said courier will reach the Destination (Jammu) within two working days. Now once I tracked my packet from their website its showing, Consignment Number 267818290 not found and when I called their Jammu office these people are saying we don't have service to the address mentioned on packet and the packet is lying at their Jammu office. Now my simple query is, if they don't have service to certain areas they should have mentioned it earlier. they charge us and don't deliver packets on given address and ask customer to come to their office and collect it from there. I strongly recommend the hard action should be taken against them.
