This is to inform you that I, Meghna Thakur applied for my fresh passport on 10/5 at District Passport Office (Pitampura, Police Line) and the police verification has also been done almost a month ago but i have not received my passport yet. When i checked the status online it said "Please contact PRO/Superintendent on any working day except Wednesday between 10.00 a.m. and 12.30 p.m..somehow i managed to get some contact number but there was no response at all. Please look into the matter and take appropriate action asap. Thank you
