Pl. refer to my Complaint Number for Flooring repaire - 2152553 dated 27/08 17:58:13 Hrs & Complaint No.- 1831589, Dated - 15/06 12:44:44 Hrs for Plaster Repaire on CPWD sewa, the Civil Wing of CPWD has not attended any problem at all!
some other problems are
01. The plaster of wall is completely removed inside & outside the house.
02. No painting work on front door & window.
03. Kitchen, Room, Bathroom, toilet, inside & outside the house's floor is cracked & the cement powder is appear at the time of walking.
04. No sink & washbasin is available in the house.
we are suffering these problems from 27/08 when I have alloted this house, I went to CPWD (Civil) wing to re lodge the complaints in respect of the persisting Civil Engg. problems again converted in Major complaints (Complaint No. 340181 dated 29/08).
I told to JE Civil in this regard time to time. It appeared that my Qr. has been marked and after that no work is done for reasons to be no civil tender is available.
I eligible (Registration No.-10158973) for Type-2 quarters but due to high waiting list, I am living in Type-1 quarter. I am paying more than Rs.5, 000/- P.M as HRA. and the CPWD dept. is sleeping for not doing any work in this house.
sir, I have bed rest & slowly walk with the help of walker, due to having an accidant and major fracture in my both legs. I am hardly walk in this house due to improper flooring.
there is so many quarters which is on rented basis.by this effect, actual allotees are not occupaying the eligible quarters. this situation is followed in all type of quarters i.e. Type-1, 2, 3, 4, 5. and the better work is most urgent in all rent houses. as me, I am lodge this cmplaint in Aug.2011 but still is pending after a long time approx. one year.
I do not think/hope that you will take any action on the above as usual. But, out of my moral responsibility to my family, I had to meet regular to JE (Civil) & this work has been done for rented people whose unauthorisedly occupying the Govt. of India's quarters on basis of rent, I am sending this mail to let you know the hard facts but this is still pending than I should go to the court & consumer court.
