Sir,
I have been allotted General Pool Accommodation No. 6/692 Lodhi Colony vide Directorate of Estates Authority Slip No. 142546 dated 27-12 . But the occupation of the above residence has not been given to me so far as the up-gradation work as well as special repair in the above residence are yet to be completed. In this context, I have made several requests to concerned Junior Engineer as well as Assistant Engineer for giving occupation after completion of requisite works in the above residence, but all in vain.
Since one year is likely to be completed from allotment of above accommodation, it is requested to kindly instruct the concerned authority to complete the up-gradation work as well as other work in the above residence on priority basis and give the occupation of the residence at the earliest.
