Passport Not Received after renewal

Dear Sir,

I checked the status of our passport renewal applications: HYD-L010003-10 and HYD-L010004-10 on http://passportstatus.nic.in/passmain.php? city=hyd and saw the status as:

"It is to regret that due to unavoidable circumstances the despatch of Passport has been delayed and will now be despatched in a week's time"

I have been monitoring the status on this site for 3 weeks now and I have noted that the passport had been prepared but not dispatched yet.

I request you to intervene in this matter and ensure that the passport office sends our passports immediatetly.
