My name is Gayathri. P.I applied for passport on 02/01 in passport office in Hyderabad. My reference number is "W230060". My Date of Birth is "05/04/1986". The status displayed is "Police enquiry not received". But the police enquiry has completed one month back on 02/02.Please help me out of this problem.
