Too late in passport delievery

Dear Madam/Sir,

I am very upset to inform that my wife's passport yet not revieve submitted dated 10th dec file no: HYD - W264084.The police enquiry was done on 21st jan and the status shown the ppt will be despacted on 23 feb and after three weeks its shows the ppt delayed and will be despatched in a week's time, same status showing till 18th mar updated now total 102 days since submission dated.

I humbly request you to release my wife's ppt as soon as possible please...
