TODAY ALSO UNDER COMPLAINT No.49780 WE HAVE LODGED THE COMPLAINT. PLEASE ADVISE IF, D.C. ADMINISTRATION CANNOT SET RIGHT THE MATTER THEN WHOM ELSE DO I HAVE TO APPROACH?

hereby bring to your notice that in spite of our best followups with your various officers we are failing to REGULARIZE THE FOLLOWING SERVICES IN OUR AREA;
* COLLECTION OF GARBAGE: FOR LAST 4/5 DAYS NO ONE IS COMING FOR COLLECT DOOR TO DOOR GARBAGE COLLECTION.
* DAILY SWEEPING OF ROAD: NO ONE SINCE LAST THREE YEARS HAVE COME TO SWEEP THE ROAD. WHEN EVER COMPLAINT IS MADE FOR THOSE 1/2 DAYS PEOPLE COME AND THEN AGAIN IT IS STOPPED.
We would like to know that will you be able to put the things in proper & regular routine of these services or not?
If not then who is the proper and right authority to be approached, please give us his/her mail Id with his name & designation.
