Respected Sir,
I shaikh sarfaraz Ahmed currently living and working in Riyadh (Saudi Arabia) having the Indian passport no. A4993720 place of Issue Lucknow Date of Issue 05-03-1998 have submitted my passport to Indian embassy Jeddah on 29-06 for renewal but they renew my passport for one year & given me the reason that Lucknow office doesn’t replay the enquiry.
On 23-08 one’s more I submit my passport to Jeddah office for renewal and the renew my passport for one more year till 24-08 and the same old reason that lucknow office doesn’t replay the enquiry send by Jeddah office. They told me that they send many email to your office in lucknow but no reply form your lucknow office they got.
Sir I am very depressed by this kind of serives provide by Jeddah office & I don’t know what to do Kindly help me in this matter & I am very thankful to you if you take the proper action in this matter to get my passport renewed ……
