Delay in receiving paasport
Delaying passport

Espected sir i have applied for my passport through tatkal on june 29th..

for change of my date of birth.and the file was promised to be given on 1st of july.. and i still didn't receive my passport.. my higher studies is been spoiled.. my offer letter in the university is been cancelled due to delay of passport... please kindly help me out for my future... please let me know my status..
