Dear sir,
Delhi Development Authority takes development charges while selling the MIG flats but forget to ensure the essential need of the residents - WATER. In this DDA flats pocket (pocket 24, Sector 24, Rohini), water is supplied in morning for hardly 10 minutes duration and 20 minutes in evening. The more disheartening thing is that more often, there would no supply. What more inefficient system could be expected that the morning supply timing is after 8:30 am, when most of the adults have already left for their jobs. It is truly pathetic state of affairs on part of a government and clearly a case that government system has collapsed even to arrange the basic needs for the general public. Scarcity in summer time is understood but here situation remains the same even in monsoon season.By inefficient working, this govt deptt itself causing the residents to dig more & more personal borewells and depleting the groundwater- illegally. No hope in India for a good living even after paying to govt in terms of taxes, development charges, booster charges etc. etc. etc.
